Job Overview: Seeking a dynamic Plant Controller to lead financial operations and drive strategic decision-making.
Key Responsibilities:
- Drive month-end, quarter-end, and year-end closes with precision and speed.
- Lead budgeting and forecasting processes, providing key insights for growth.
- Develop and implement SOPs in line with US GAAP standards.
- Mentor and develop a high-performing team.
- Conduct vital inventory and cost analysis projects.
- Manage audit requests and support ERP initiatives.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance - CPA or MBA a plus
- 4+ years of experience in manufacturing, with financial management expertise.
- Familiarity with large ERP systems preferred.
