Job Description

Job Summary Reporting directly to the CFO, you will lead members to prepare and review of financial plans, forecasts and results. Critical thinking ability of connecting issues to help develop sustainable solutions is required. To complete tasks and meet deadlines, the Plant Controller must work independently, with financial systems (SAP) and build effective working relationships with manufacturing team and other business partners.

Duties & Responsibilities

• Lead the finance aspect of labor productivity, material efficiency, capacity optimization based on the standard cost goal.

• Suppress off standard costs by identifying the root causes and work with operations to eliminate the extra costs.

• Lead plant actual closing, budgeting and forecasting cycles and provide related analysis for management review. Find and manage risks and opportunities to drive profitable sales growth and productivity.

• Manage the plant SGA and Cost of sales budgets and manage teams providing periodic reporting to department owners. Analyze and drive inventory to meet the budget.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in accounting or finance.

• 8-12 years of experience; prefer strong cost accounting, cost-benefit analysis, and end- to-end financial analysis.

• Advanced Skills in Google Suite and SAP

• Strong knowledge of internal controls and US GAAP accounting required.
