PLANT CONTROLLER

RESPONSIBILITIES OF THE PLANT CONTROLLER:
- In-Charge of Month-End, Quarter, & Year-End Closes
- Lead the Budgeting & Forecasting Process
- Create Standard Operating Procedures in compliance with US GAAP
- Lead, Coach, Mentor, & Develop your team of (up to 4 Direct Reports)
- Assist with any Inventory & Cost Analysis projects within the organization
- Lead the interim and annual audit requests
- Assist with any ERP related questions and implementations
EXPERIENCE PREFERRED FOR PLANT CONTROLLER: - 4+ years experience - Manufacturing industry
- Bachelors in Accounting/Finance required
- MBA/CPA/CMA welcomed
- Large ERP Experience
