Develops detail job schedules and plans for oil and gas projects. Develop execution work planning package and tracks progress. Must be familiar with cost engineering practices particularly in cost and scheduling

TASKS AND RESPONSIBILITIES In addition to all Level I and II tasks and responsibilities, Level III: â Develops detailed job plans that include the following steps, durations, material, and equipment needs andcost estimates: Resource requirements, Sequence of scheduling, Gantt chart, Cost estimate â Coordinate planning resources in accordance with small capital projects cost estimates, schedules, â provide general coordination and monitor the progress of activities per the job plans and worklists â Coordinate with project managers on job plans â Update plans with any approved change orders and develops new plans that arise Develop regular reporting cadence to communicate planned vs actual progress Analyze and recommend resolutions of work problems and execution in solving work problems â Adjust plans with feedback from execution â Perform critical and near critical path analysis Minimum Qualifications â Prepare summary and detail level schedules. â Develop full Critical Path Method (CPM) logicgenerated baseline schedules for projects. â Perform monthly progress updates and create target comparison and periodic look-ahead schedules. Monitor and track progress at detailed and summary level. â Always ensure strict adherence to ethics and compliance requirements. â Develop and periodically update cost and/or resource loaded schedules. â Participate in all project schedule reviews as required at Operations Review Meetings (ORMs) or other sessions.â Participate in the development and preparation of proposal presentations, including developing preliminary bar chart schedules and staffing charts.â Provide support and training in the use of project andscheduling software to office and jobsite staff.â Conduct schedule and Work-In-Progress (WIP)reviews.â Work together with multiple teams to coordinate bothschedules and models.â Interpret data, compile reports, and deliverpresentations when requiredâ Bachelor's degree in engineering; Mechanical,Industrial or other related engineering fieldâ Minimum of five years' experience in Cost Engineering,Cost Estimating, planning, scheduling, estimating andother areas of project controls in a oil and gasenvironment.â Advanced experience with scheduling softwareapplications such as Primavera on projects; large projectexperience is desirable.â Proven written and verbal communication skills;proficiency with computer applications, includingMicrosoft Office Suite.â Positive leadership style and ability to create a highmorale oil and gas environmentâ Autonomous, self-starterâ Superior planner and organizer
