Genesis10 is currently seeking a Planning Analyst with our financial services client in Pittsburgh, PA. This is a 12 month + contract to hire hybrid position requiring 3 days onsite. This position pays: $35-40.00/hr W2 based on experience.
Summary Help the team administer the business management function of our client's Enterprise Data Management organization. Primary day-to-day responsibility for resource, contract, invoice reporting tracking and analysis, as well as understanding the impact these items are having on the team's operating and project financials. Familiar with purchase orders, invoicing, oracle general ledger reconciliations, software and 3rd party contract management process flow. Assist in the day-to-day management and reconciliation of our department's labor and non-labor expenses.
Responsibilities - Analyze financial data with precise accuracy, and provide actual, budget and forecasting support.
- Extremely important to be able to follow-up, request, gather, and prepare important documents for senior management on a regular and ad-hoc basis, with the ability to prioritize in a timely fashion and with professionalism.
- Build out an invoice tracking and 3rd Party contract management process to increase financial control within the team.
- Track and monitor various KPI's, key metrics for the organization.
- Lead ad-hoc analysis across project resources and financials, which impact the annual operating plan budget and forecast.
- Recommend efficiencies and automate where possible to work-out-the-waste from our organization.
- Evaluate current and previous financial data, look for trends, trouble-shoot anomalies.
Required skills - 3-5 years of professional/relevant experience

- Heavy Excel (Pivot, VLOOKUPs, data mining, sorting, dashboarding, charts/graphs)
- Excellent organizational skills and be able to handle time-sensitive follow-ups with very senior leaders on the team
