About the Team: The Customer Logistics team at ZFTG supports our customers on a day-to-day basis with collaboration from cross functional internal teams. Team members interact directly with customers for demands, updates, issues and more. This is a fast paced work environment and great opportunity to join a highly motivated and enthusiastic team.

What you can look forward to as a Planner/Scheduler:

Create demands and/or production schedules for internal or external suppliers out of internal or external customer demands.
Develop, monitor, analyze, and/or improve KPIs for assigned logistics processes.
Perform assigned activities in accordance with lean production principles and aim towards a total cost optimum.
Develop and maintain positive working relationships with internal and external customers and/or suppliers.
Utilize information from internal/external customers, compare with parts/goods available and define production schedules and/or demands, while considering capacities available. Production schedules and/or demands must always reflect to the official production program of ZFTG.
Communicate with customers and suppliers on a daily basis to ensure parts/goods availability while keeping inventory within pre-defined levels

Your Profile as a Planner/Scheduler:

Bachelor's Degree
3+ years' experience in materials planning and/or customer planning in manufacturing environment.
2 years of experience in automotive industry
Experience with an ERP system
Proficient in Microsoft Office software (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
Good written and oral communication (e.g. presentations).
Broad knowledge of commonly used concepts, practices, and procedures within supply chain planning.
Experience in SAP (module MM, PP) preferred
