This position of PLAN Cutover & Test Lead will lead the preparation, planning, testing and execution of Cutover plans for Global Deployments. The role will work directly with management and key resources to establish required cutover strategies and lead a team of resources to plan out the business ramp-down, blackout and business ramp-up phases of each cutover. In addition, the person hired for this position will also be responsible for leading Quality Test Management activities for the PLAN process team. This includes providing quality oversight and guidance for quality-related activities including requirements, testing, quality reviews, test plans and adherence to established quality standards for IT and Business Leads.

Primary Responsibilities include but are not limited to the following:

Cutover Planning

• Support planning and facilitation of End-to-End Walkthroughs
• Lead preparation of Cutover plans
• Lead preparation of Continuity plans
• Work with Global Cutover team to prepare and execute Cutover workshops
• Collaborate with business teams in development, preparedness and execution of plans
• Drive closure of business readiness actions from workshops
• Support preparation of Gate deliverables
• Support testing and execution of Cutover plans

Please be aware: this role may require occasional weekend work (up to seven times during the year of this contract).

Test Planning

• Writes and owns the respective process team's Test Plan for each release, including resource planning for each phase of testing
• Ensures functional, configuration, data and performance requirements are gathered and SME approved
• Defines the testing scope to ensure proper coverage of core/critical global processes and business scenarios for all test cycles by working with both Global and Local Process Owners
• Collaborates with the Quality Test Management team to drive operational efficiencies within test scope and test execution while reducing the number of production defects
• Manage the respective team's test script library, reviewing scripts to ensure the business process is accurately tested and SME approving test scripts to confirm quality standards are met
• Ensure quality standards and best practices are followed and represented in test documentation

Test Execution

• Manage, lead and coordinate all testing activities for the assigned process team throughout the various phases of testing
• Troubleshoot and coordinate testing defect resolution
• Responsible for meeting QTM entrance and exit criteria on schedule
