We are seeking a passionate and experienced Permanent Plaintiff's Personal Injury Attorney to join our dynamic legal team. This position offers a unique opportunity to handle a high volume of cases in a collaborative and fast-paced environment. The ideal candidate is a seasoned professional with a proven track record in managing personal injury cases from start to finish.

Responsibilities:

As a Permanent Plaintiff's Personal Injury Attorney, you will be responsible for:

1. Handling a large caseload of personal injury cases, including but not limited to, car accidents, slip and falls, medical malpractice, and wrongful death.

2. Managing all aspects of the litigation process, from investigation, pleadings, and discovery to pre-trial, trial, settlement, and appeal.

3. Conducting client intake interviews and maintaining regular communication with clients about their case status and legal options.

4. Negotiating settlements with insurance companies and opposing counsel in the best interest of the client.

5. Drafting pleadings, motions, briefs, and other legal documents.

6. Preparing and arguing motions in court.

7. Conducting depositions of parties, witnesses, and experts.

8. Collaborating with legal staff and other attorneys to ensure the best representation for our clients.

9. Staying updated on current laws and regulations related to personal injury law.

Qualifications:

To be successful in this role, candidates must possess the following qualifications:

1. Juris Doctorate (JD) degree from an accredited law school.

2. A minimum of 5 years of experience as a Plaintiff's Personal Injury Attorney.

3. Active member in good standing with the State Bar.

4. Proven track record of successful personal injury case management and outcomes.

5. Exceptional negotiation skills with the ability to resolve cases favorably.

6. Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to maintain a high level of professionalism and confidentiality.

7. Excellent oral and written communication skills.

8. Proficient in legal research and writing.

9. Ability to manage and prioritize multiple cases simultaneously.

10. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

11. Proficient in using legal software and Microsoft Office Suite.
