Job Duties: 1. Administer Placement Testing for students in Reading, English, and Math, utilizing Accuplacer and KYOTE. 2. Proctor student academic exams for instructors, including midterm, final exams, and exams for students that need accommodations. Proctor exams for outside colleges when students reside in our testing area. 3. Proctor CLEP exams, NOCTI exams, and IC3 computer literacy exams. 4. Ensure all testing software updates are completed in a timely manner. 5. Maintain monthly log of testing numbers and a yearly log of testing totals. 6. Coordinate with English and Math faculty division chairs/program coordinators to update placement test matrix. 7. Collaborate with the Fort Campbell testing center coordinator as needed. 8. Coordinate ACT testing on the Hopkinsville Community College campus, including scheduling staff, maintaining security of ACT testing materials, scheduling and setting up rooms for testing, and entering and submitting payroll. 9. Participate in 10. Other duties as assigned. Minimum Qualifications: 1. Bachelor degree (Business Administration, Education, Management, Student Affairs, College Student Personnel, Counseling or related field), and two years related experience, or equivalent. 2. Excellent interpersonal communication skills. 3. Must be a self-motivator, who can take initiative, meet deadlines and accomplish tasks with little direct supervision in a fast-paced, ever-changing environment. 4. Organized and efficient in coordinating a variety of activities; excellent time management skills. 5. Excellent technology-based skills, including Microsoft Word and Excel, and student database management (i.e. PeopleSoft).
