Qualifications and Details about the Position The Laborer I must be a skilled laborer, having performed as a general laborer for a minimum of 6 months in the Construction/Maintenance Industry; must have some field experience; will perform general clean-up, dig footings with hand tools, back filing load and unload materials, perform physical tasks requiring minimum skill; may operate light power tools such as vibrators, or compactors and jack hammers; may also be CPR/First Aid Certified to perform Firewatch, Holewatch, and Bottlewatch assignments; will work under close supervision.
