Qualifications and Details about the Position escription Laborer apprentices shall satisfactorily perform all work and learning assignments both on the job and in related instruction and shall comply with the rules, regulations, and decisions of the apprenticeship committee. Must be enrolled in the union apprenticeship program in the Construction/Maintenance Industry. Laborer Journeymen must maintain active union membership status.
