The Surgical Coordinator manages the scheduling process leading up to and after patients have cosmetic or medical plastic surgery. Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines. Proven track record of understanding and meeting or exceeding targets Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and establish trust with our patients. Follow up with leads and inquiries, providing additional information, and addressing any concerns or questions. This position requires the utilization of clinical knowledge and coding to schedule appropriate procedures per the provider's orders. The Surgical Coordinator must schedule ambulatory surgery center-based and hospital procedures. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. In this role, we are looking for an experienced professional who is exceptionally positive and friendly with the ability to multitask effectively. This will include direct patient communication, critical thinking, problem-solving, and organizational skills. You should be committed to providing top-level service to our valued patients. This requires working independently yet being an integral part of an overall fast-paced team environment. The ideal candidate will have comfort and familiarity in dealing with medical billing, clinical support, adhering to strict OSHA Guidelines, and a great working relationship with leaders.
