Urologist needed in Santa Rosa, CA (Perm Position)Clinic hours: 7a-5pCall could be around 7-10 days per monthBeeper call but onsite during the weekday work hours (7am-5pm)Called back to the hospital (after 5pm or on weekend) on average 3-5 times per week.Joining a group of three other UrologistsDevelop your own Urodynamics laboratory, with a physician assistant or nurse practitioner to assist you OR time at both the main hospital and surgery centerDaVinci Xi robot and fully equipped OR to manage complex stones and complex endourologic problems In-house holmium laserPatients Per Shift: 20-25 Support staff: RN: 2 MA: 6 NP/PA: 1BC/BE, CA license, ACLS,BLS, DEA and COVID vaccine requiredCompensation is between $417,402 and $597,150 per year Full Benefits Package401k matchPaid malpractice
