- Shift Description: Hospital Based, all inpatient - OR/ICU/Rounding of patients in ER and floors, Monday to Friday, 6:45AM-5PM + call
- Weekend Requirements: Nights/Weekend rotation

- Call Schedule: Nights and weekends, approximately 7-8 calls per month
- Call Ratio: 3 providers taking call
- Average Number of Cases Per Day: 2 cases per day
- Trauma Level/Designation: Level One
- Annual ER Volume: 85,000 per year
- Number of Operating Rooms: 3
- Documentation System/EMR: EPIC
- Description of Ancillary Staff: Full complement
- Patient Population: Adult and Geriatric
- Certification Requirement: BLS and ACLS

- Descending Aortic Aneurysms
- CABG
- Off-Pump CABG
- Arterial Revascularization (Using Internal Mammary Arteries, Radial Artery, and Gastroepiploic Artery)
- Redo Coronary Revascularization
- Tube Thoracostomy
- Pericardial Window
- Thoracic aortic aneurysms
- Heart Valve Repair/Replacement Surgery
- CoreValve System
- Mitral Valve Repair
Mandated Job Requirements:
- Board Certified: Required
- BLS and ACLS: Required
- CT License: Highly preferred, will give preference to providers with CT license
- Local Provider: Required, mileage reimbursement only - please note address at time of presentation
