The Physician Sourcing Specialist will be responsible for proactively identifying physician candidates by using multiple platforms to build a pipeline of candidates for positions through EyeCare Partners. This position will be part of our sourcing strategy to build provider pipelines while utilizing our ATS and CRM technology. This position will partner with our regional recruiters and service line leadership to lead specialty specific strategies and present candidate names. The Physician Sourcing Specialist will help build talent pipelines by leveraging and identifying diverse recruitment strategies, leveraging associations, and Residency and Fellowship programs. Essential Functions: Development of an outbound recruitment strategy to support the growth of critical talent pipelines for identified key positions in partnership with our provider recruitment and marketing team. Utilize advanced search techniques on internet portals, social media, LinkedIn, job boards, participation in networking events, contact lists, referrals, blogs and industry directories to identify high quality talent pools Coordinate and executes effective marketing campaigns to prospective candidate pools including initiating email blasts and post to online social media sites to distribute practice details Generate names, emails, phone numbers and all necessary a contact information and accurately update our ATS and CRM Cold call prospective candidates to propose potential job opportunities Maintains ongoing, regular contact with future candidates and transfer contact information of potential candidates to the appropriate provider recruiter Provides insight to the recruiting team on research/sourcing industry trends, tools and strategies Minimum Requirements: 2 or more years of demonstrated recruiting and marketing success in a professional environment required, recruiting in a clinical healthcare environment preferred Understanding of sourcing physician candidates from multiple sources Experience with applicant tracking systems Ability to work in a fast paced, quickly changing environment Relentless attention to detail and accuracy High attention to process and a passion for process improvement Bachelor's degree in human resources, marketing or related; or appropriate combination of education and experience. Ability to function independently (minimal direct supervision) and in a team environment Excellent written and verbal communication skills
