Hybrid Psychiatrist Locum Tenens Job in the Greater Los Angeles Area Mostly Tele HealthDetails/Requirements: Youth and adult outpatient MAT/SUDs coverage for about 20 hours a week starting ASAP and ongoing.
Patient ages are 12 and up. 75% adolescents, 25% adults.
Flexible regarding days/hours worked between 8A-5P, Monday through Friday, except treatment team meetings are Mondays at 9am and are held virtually.
No call.
Hybrid - 20% onsite services or 4 hours a week and all other services can be done via remote tele health using either Zoom or TEAMS.
Will consider either adult psychiatrists experienced with adolescents ages 12 and up OR child psychiatrists who are willing to see adults.
Candidates must have knowledge and experience in addiction medicine. This is a MAT/SUDS program treating primarily patients with substance use disorders, and some patients have co-occurring disorders.
Board Certification is highly preferred, not required.
Bilingual in Spanish is highly preferred, but not required. Client has staff who can interpret, if necessary.
