Psychiatrist needed for Correctional Facility in Rusk, TXInpatientASAP ongoingMon - Fri w/ 8hr. shifts or the provider can work 4 days a week 10hrs. No CallWill complete evaluations in D&E (Diagnostic and Evaluation) up to 5 working days to stabilize and determine if patients need admission to a treatment trackWill also see patients who have already been admitted - treat with psychotropic medications, discharge back to assigned units when stablePsychiatrists will assist with involuntary admission hearings, compelled medication hearings and evaluations/documentation for civil commitments to free world state psychiatric hospitals (inmates leaving the prison system who require additional psych treatment) may be required to testify in commitment hearings occasionally currently doing by Zoom/phone.EMR - PearlBC Psychiatry, TX license, BLS, DEA, and COVID Vaccine required
