2 hours from Des Moines & Minneapolis Level II Trauma 7 years as a Top 100 Hospital Teaching Hospital Cardiology and a Palliative Medicine Fellowship Programs, Pharmacy & Family Medicine Residency BE/BC General Physical Medicine and Rehabilitation physician to join a well-established outpatient clinic. This opportunity offers the right Physiatrist the ability to start off the ground running with potential to develop into other opportunities if desired. Physiatrists can expect to treat approximately 12 to 15 patients per day with no call. This expanding clinic is staffed with experienced, highly qualified CMA's with the Pharmacy is conveniently located right next door. This practice is enhanced by a strong outpatient Rehabilitation Center that provides Outpatient Rehab, Speech, PT, OT and Occupational Health Services.
