Please review the details below:Dates of Coverage: Feb 21st-March 3rdSchedule: Mon-Fri 7a-3:30pm No Nights, No Weekends, No callPay Rate: $100/hr plus mileage, and malpractice.Scope of Work: Outpatient clinic Requirements: MUST be DOT Certified. This person is needed to provide CDL physicals and return to work authorizations.
