An established physician in a hospital-affiliated practice in New York is planning to hire 2 additional OB/GYNs. The group also has 2 certified nurse midwives, and a locum tenens physician to keep the patient volume consistent. There is a strong community need for women's health services, making building a practice very attractive. The hospital has a level 1 nursery with on-site neonatal nurse practitioner coverage 24/7. The ideal candidate has a desire for a practice with a mix of obstetrics and gynecology. Two years of experience is preferred, but they will consider new graduates.
