Integrated Behavioral Health - Adult and Child Psychologists and LCSWs
Case Management and RN ACO Care Managers
Community-Based Outreach Department, including Migrant/Seasonal Farm Worker, Infectious Disease, Cancer, Diabetes, etc.

Call schedule 1:3 Mon-Thurs; 1:4 weekends
1 surgery day/week
outpatient load 30 patients or more per day
150 deliveries per year
Office located right next to the hospital
EHR - eClinicalWorks for medical patient records and practice management; hospital uses Meditech
Bilingual (Spanish) is a plus, but not required.
