•   Coverage Needed:
•  10/12 (7:30a) to 10/16 (7:30a) or 10/13 to 10/17
•  11/22 (7:30a) to 11/27 (7:30a)
•  12/22 (7:30) to (7:30) 12/26
•  12/29 (7:30) to 1/2 (7:30)
•   Clinical Information:
•   Start Friday at 7am to Monday at 7am Weekend coverage
•   ER and L&D coverage and call coverage
•   Covering the open 24 hour shifts
•   May round on OB patients
•   Support:RN's, ER team, L&D staff
•   Patient Volume: 10
•   EMR:Meditech, eCW
•   Required:
•   Active GA license
•   Board certified
•   Advanced Life Support Cert and PALS
•   DEA must remain in state to maintain privileges.Provider must be willing transfer and maintain DEA in state for the duration of privileges being active, or obtain a new in state DEA to remain in state for the duration of privileges being active
•   Current Flu Vaccine
•   Must be fully vaccinated for Covid 19
•   Exemptions only allowed for religious or medical reasons, once approved by the facility.
