- Cases: (OB, Ortho, Neuro/Heads, Pediatrics, Etc.) Urology, Ophthalmology, Ortho, GYN, General.
- Supervision: 1:3.
- OT is optional.
- Care Team, 2 physicians.
- Credentialing: 4 - 8 weeks.
- $500 referral bonus received for any referral who works 30 days.
