A healthcare system in the Bronx is actively seeking a patient-oriented and compassionate Pediatric Neurologist to join their staff. About the Opportunity Schedule: Monday to Friday Hours: Standard business hours Setting: Hospital based Responsibilities: The Pediatric Neurologist will: Provide care to an urban underserved, under privileged including minority population. Provide outpatient care, inpatient consults, shared on-call, as well as resident and medical student education Provide consults to all departments and divisions in need of services by a Pediatric Neurology specialist, including but not limited to the following areas: Pediatric in-patient floor; Pediatric Emergency Department Pediatric clinics; etc. Participate in all activities as required, including, but not limited to Resident Education, Quality Assurance and Joint Commission activities, among others. Qualifications: Current unrestricted NYS medical license Board Certified/Eligible in Pediatrics and Infectious Disease (MD or DO) Your privacy is important to us.
