Physician / Nephrology

We have a client in Northern, NJ that is expanding and they are looking for an additional Nephrologist to join them. Board Certified/Board Eligible in Nephrology, preferable board certified in Internal Medicine also to join solo practice in Newton, NJ. Preferable new graduate, but not necessary. Current practice in 1 Hospital, 1 dialysis unit, and 1 office all within less then 5 mile radius. Plan to add another hospital and another dialysis unit, possible another office once another MD joins. Practice 100% nephrology Need New Jersey medical license. PA license would be helpful also. (may plan to have office PA). On-call schedule will be every 3rd weekend (if other nephrologist in area continues in call rotation). Compensation: $140K guaranteed/year + 401K match (about 6K), + medical/health insurance (about 20K) + malpractice (about 12K) = about 180K plus productivity bonus for the 1st year.
