Dates forAssignment: 2025. One week on/one week off of clinic Monday through Thursday and weekend call.
Job Requirements forassignment
Kentucky medical license
Board Certification or Board Eligibility within 5 years
Two full weeks per month - clinic Monday through Thursday and call that weekend
Ideal schedule is every other week
Average 24-30 patients in clinic per day
Average 2-3 call backs per weekend (low volume)
