Primary Care Physicians paired with RN s/LVN s/MA s, Psychologists/LMFT s/LMSW s, Physical Therapists, Chiropractors, Registered Dietitians/Health Coaches, Patient Care Hosts and Care Navigators all work in an integrative environment. Crossover is disrupting the way Healthcare is delivered.
