- Salary Range: $241,800 - $329,700 b.o.e. & responsibilities- Loan repayment - Qualifies for federal and state loan repayment- $5,000 CME/year- $5,000 per year for Board Certification- Incentive bonus can earn up to $32K based on productivity and program compliance- Starting bonus $15,000- 4 weeks PTO first 2 years, 5 weeks PTO years 3-6, 6 weeks PTO 7 years and beyond- 9 paid holidays- Long term disability, Life Insurance, profit sharing after 1styear, fully vested at year 1 of service, ability to participate in tax shelter annuity- Health Insurance / Dental / Vision- BC/BE Internal Medicine Physician- Outpatient Only setting- Must hold a valid CA medical license or ability to obtain- Office hours Monday " Friday - Flexible schedule can work 4 ten-hour days (8am " 7pm) or 5 eight-hour days(8am " 5pm)- See on average 20-22 patients per day- Rotate phone call every 13thweek- Centricity EMR- Residents can apply- FQHC facility- Location: Multiple charming locations 45 minutes north of Sacramento up to 1.5 hours to Chico, California- If you like the outdoors you will fall in love with these locations.
