Physician / Internal Medicine

Internal Medicine Physicians are needed for locums engagements at an internationally acclaimed oncology hospital in Buffalo, New York. Minimum compensation is $150.00 per hour. Corporate housing or lodging and relocation per diem allocations are offered.A November start date is desired. A minimum commitment of three months, through February is required. Continuation beyond February is probable based upon mutual satisfaction and preference. Schedule to be negotiated to accommodate physician preference. Duties include providing internal medicine consultations for inpatient services, admissions, and assessments. Physician will also provide support and collaboration with multidisciplinary teams. Additional responsibilities will entail teaching and mentoring fellows, residents, and medical students. Board certification is favored, but NOT required. Prior experience with oncology clients and internal medicine care units is preferred, but NOT mandatory. New graduates will be seriously considered.
