Post-acute care and long term care opportunity: Board Certified or Eligible physicians only Internal Medicine or Family Medicine Geriatric Fellowship welcome but not required Visa accepted: Yes (J1 or H1) Practice type: Physician owned IM Geriatrics Patient base: Non-Adolescent/Geriatrics Setting: Traditional Care involves primarily post-acute care/ rehab, nursing home/ALF 30-40+ hours a week, with optional one- two half days primary care office practice and in-patient hospital rounds on our group patients. Subacute and long term care (Nursing home) 4 days a week to start, with half day of primary care clinic. The office clinic hours will increase as you builds up reputation and word spreads. Medical directorship for post-acute & SNF facilities is available if qualified. Medical staff privilege at University med school affiliated hospitals. Position: Full time Schedule: M-F Call: 1 in 4 with APP assisting calls. Join 4 physicians and 5 mid-level in a Private practice in Rhode Island.
