A health services network in New York City is currently seeking an experienced, licensed Physician to join their team as a Chief Medical Officer (CMO). About the Opportunity: Setting: Outpatient Schedule: Monday to Friday Patient Population: LGBTQ+ and HIV Responsibilities: The Chief Medical Officer (CMO) will: Ensure highest standards of clinical care and compliance with healthcare regulations, overseeing clinical staff performance Provide clinical leadership and vision, establishing and maintaining quality standards for LGBTQ+ community health services Develop and recommend policies, procedures, and quality assurance plans to the Board of Directors Supervise clinical leadership and collaborate with site leaders to strengthen referral relationships Lead organizational growth initiatives, including program development and funding sourcing Represent organization externally in media, advocacy, and community health education Oversee incident resolution, quality improvement programs, and risk management Contribute to strategic planning, budget development, and grant proposal writing Qualifications: Licensed in the State of New York Board-Certified Primary Care Physician 10+ years of clinical leadership and experience HIV Specialist knowledge of LGBTQ+ community health and care for individuals experiencing homelessness Proven visionary leadership with strong administrative and organizational abilities Demonstrated dedication to advancing health equity and justice Desired Skills Bilingual (Spanish/English) preferred
