Responsible for the diagnosis, care and treatment of patients under pediatric specialty care through Inpatient and Outpatient services. Perform medical examinations, diagnostic test, analyze options to specialized care. Base medical decisions to professional medical knowledge, derived clinical skills, and base decisions to full scope of prescribed policies and procedures. Coordinate meetings with medical providers, staff, and other stakeholders to construct and update patient care plans. Complete narrative reports, produce weekly and monthly statistical reports. BASIC REQUIREMENT(S): Individual Occupational Requirement DEGREE: Degree: Doctor of Medicine, Doctor of Osteopathic Medicine or equivalent from a school in the United States or Canada. Degree from Foreign Medical School: A Doctor of Medicine or equivalent degree from a foreign medical school must provide education and medical knowledge equivalent to accredited schools in the United States. For purposes of this standard, graduate training programs include only those internship, residency, and fellowship programs that are approved by accrediting bodies recognized within the United States or Canada.
