Qualifications Job Requirements MD/DO Degree (or equivalent) from an accredited College of Medicine Successful completion of an ACGME accredited medical residency program BC/BE in Emergency Medicine, Internal Medicine, or Family Medicine Current CT State Medical License, DEA BLS, ACLS, CPR certifications (FP candidates) At least 2 years post residency preferred Previous UC experience preferred Must be comfortable with the following: Pediatrics, adolescents, adults, elderly Laceration repair, I&Ds, burn care, wound care Xray interpretation, splinting, minor fracture care GYN, STD testing EKG interpretation Occupational medicine Workers compensation Vaccine administration
