EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE REQUIRED:
- Prior resident faculty experience required
- Doctor of Osteopathic Medicine, required
LICENSURE, CERTIFICATION OR REGISTRATION REQUIRED:
- Family Medicine Medical Physician (DO)
- State of Illinois license to practice medicine
- Eligible to participate as a provider in the Medicare & Medicaid program
- Current certification in relevant specialty by ABMS or AOA
- Active member in good standing of the AH Medical Staff credentialing
