Summary Physician - Family Medicine - HSHS Medical Group - Highland, Illinois HSHS Medical Group is recruiting a BC/BE Family Medicine Physician for our clinic in Highland, IL. HSHS Medical Group works in partnership with Hospital Sisters Health System. Practice Highlights Well established, growing practice 100% Outpatient Practice Support Staff Available Position Requirements Unrestrictive Illinois license prior to start Board Certified or Board Eligibility 2+ years of prior practicing experience is preferred, but not required Position Details Monday-Friday weekly schedule with an option of a 4 or 5 day work week Minimal call through group shared call EPIC EMR Compensation & Benefits Package 2 year base guarantee 20 days off + 6 holidays per year 1 extra day off is earned each year of service until 10 extra days have been earned with 10 years of service, which would give a total of 30 days off + 6 holidays CME Reimbursement + days available per fiscal year Opportunities to earn patient outcome/patient satisfaction bonuses Commencement bonus, housing incentive, and relocation assistance all available Qualifications Education Clinical doctorate is required. Experience Competence in delivery of healthcare services for adolescents, adults and geriatric patients is required. Certifications, Licenses and Registrations Licensed physician in the state of practice is required. Basic Life Support (BLS) is required. Maintain a Controlled Substance license for the state and Federal DEA, when applicable to their specialty. Must have successfully completed, or in the process of completing, an accredited residency program. Must be board certified or board eligible.
