Responsibilities Ascension Saint Thomas Medical Partners is looking for a Full Time Family Practice Physician for our Rural Health Clinic in Centerville, TN. KY License also required if working in a Kentucky facility. Education: Doctor of Medicine (MD) or Doctor of Osteopathy (DO) or Doctor of Dental Surgery (DDS) or Doctor of Dental Medicine (DMD) or Doctor of Optometry (OD) or Doctor of Podiatric Medicine (DPM) required.
