Our clinic is open M F 7:30a-7:30p and Sat 9a-5p, no holidays, no nights.
Responsibilities will include:
- Injury/ illness treatment
- Minor surgery, stitches
- Company medical evaluations
- Prescribe medication, Xray, lab techs
- Preliminary Xray review
- Create care of plan
- Maintain/update patient medical records
- Infection control
- Resource for medical staff
Requirements:
- Doctor of Medicine or Osteopathy degree
- FL medical license or ability to obtain
- Federal DEA license
- BCLS, CPR, and AED certified
- NPI
