Summary Physician - Primary Care - HSHS Medical Group - Breese, Illinois HSHS Medical Group is recruiting a BC/BE Physician to join our Primary Care team at our Clinton County Rural Health Clinic in Breese, IL. HSHS Medical Group works in partnership with Hospital Sisters Health System. Practice Highlights Well established, growing practice with great community and hospital support 100% Outpatient Practice Monday-Friday weekly schedule with an option of a 4 or 5 day work week Minimal call through group shared call - 1 weekday call day per week and 1:12 weekend call. Dedicated support staff provided EPIC EMR Position Requirements Unrestrictive Illinois license prior to start Board Certified or Board Eligibility Compensation & Benefits Package 2 year base guarantee Sign-On bonus, housing incentive, and relocation assistance all available Residency stipends available for those still finishing residency 20 days off + 6 holidays per year 1 extra day off is earned each year of service until 10 extra days have been earned with 10 years of service, which would give a total of 30 days off + 6 holidays CME Reimbursement + days available per fiscal year Opportunities to earn productivity and quality bonuses Qualifications Education Clinical doctorate is required Experience Competence in delivery of healthcare services for adolescents, adults and geriatric patients is required Certifications, Licenses and RegistrationsLicensed physician in the state of practice is required Basic Life Support (BLS) is required Maintain a Controlled Substance license for the state and Federal DEA, when applicable to their specialty Must have successfully completed, or in the process of completing, an accredited residency program Must be board certified or board eligible Physical Requirements: Administrative Benefits HSHS provides a benefits package designed to support the overall well-being of our colleagues including their physical, emotional, financial, spiritual, and work health.
