Position Details:
- Dates needed for coverage ASAP - July 2022
- Schedule Hours for Clinic /Hospital: 7a-7p; 8a-8p; 9a-9p; 7p-7a; 12p-12a; other varied hrs prn
- Schedule Days Clinic /Hospital 12-18 shifts per month (12 hour shifts)
- Number of patients seen per day in clinic: 15-18 .
