Physician / Hospitalist

- Day-time Hospitalist
- Permanent, full-time position
- Board Certified IM or FM
- Active Massachusetts license or ability to obtain
- Experience is a must
- 7on 7off Daytime schedule
- 12-hour shifts 7am " 7pm
- 182 shifts per year
- Average encounters = 16
- No call
- No procedures
- Will run codes with intensivist
- Open ICU " Hospitalist will admit into the unit/manage when the pulmonologist isnt there during the day/on his PTO
- Salary $272k - $300k
- Plus, incentive bonus
