Jackson + Coker is partnered with a Virginia facility that sits on the Potomac River near Washington, D.C. and that is recruiting for Advanced GI locum tenens coverage support for specific shifts starting in May 2024 + ongoing.
Seeking 24-hour Call Coverage:
Seeking coverage on Monday, May 31 - Monday, June 17 (w illing to have 1 physician cover full stretch or to piece the dates together with coverage on the below stretches) Friday, May 31 at 7AM - Monday, June 3 at 7AM
Monday, June 3 at 7AM- Monday, June 10 at 7AM
Monday, June 10 at 7AM- Monday, June 17 at 7AM
Monday, July 1 at 7AM - Monday, July 8 at 7AM
+ additional need for 1-2 weeks/month of coverage in 2024 and ongoing
Details/Requirements Assignment :
Active and unrestricted Virginia license + DEA required
Board Certification required
ERCP & EUS training/experience is required
Case volume averages: 10-15 patients seen per day, 4-5 new consults per day, 2-4 scheduled procedures per day (1-3 add on procedures per day)
100% adult patient population
Procedure requirements: EGD. Colonoscopy, ERCP & EUS.
Facility staff: 15 GIs + 8 GI APPs
Facility detail: 145+ beds, Epic EMR, Level III Trauma Center, Two Endo suites, lab onsite, x-ray onsite
