(13 week assignment with option) Shift & Call Details : 8a-4:30p (patient care) - 2 hours for documentation (4:30-6:30) no call Credentialing Timeframe :30 days POSITION DETAILS Family Medicine ( FM ) Settings: Outpatient Patient Volume: 16-20 Required Procedures: Bread and Butter FM APP Support/Supervision: None, 2 IM, 2 FM, 5-6 APPs EMR: Epic Client Requirements: Must have Active CA License & FT Availability Family Medicine (will take IM who is able to see kids 12+) BENEFITS Family Medicine ( FM ) A Malpractice Insurance covered Full travel
