DATES NEEDED Family Medicine ( FM )
•   Dates: May 21 st -Ongoing. (13 week assignment with option)
•   Shift & Call Details : 8a-4:30p (patient care) - 2 hours for documentation (4:30-6:30) no call
•   Credentialing Timeframe :30 days POSITION DETAILS Family Medicine ( FM )
•   Settings: Outpatient
•   Patient Volume: 16-20
•   Required Procedures: Bread and Butter FM
•   APP Support/Supervision: None, 2 IM, 2 FM, 5-6 APPs
•   EMR: Epic
•   Client Requirements: Must have Active CA License & FT Availability
•   Family Medicine (will take IM who is able to see kids 12+) BENEFITS Family Medicine ( FM )
