- Practice specialists include: Primary Care, Neurology, Cardiology, Pulmonology, Nephrology, Neurosurgery, Thoracic Surgery, Pediatric Surgery, Dermatology, Infectious Disease, and Immediate Care
- Services on-site include: physical therapy, moderate complexity lab, x-rays, mammography, ultrasound, ECHO, and retail pharmacy
- Monday Friday schedule, outpatient only
- No Call
