Job Description & Requirements Family Practice with Obstetrics Physician - StartDate: ASAP Available Shifts: Day 8;10 Pay Rate: $108.00 - 120.00 This facility is seeking a Family Practice with Obstetrics Physician for locum tenens support as they look to fill a current need. Schedule: 8 or 10 hours, Monday-Thursday 8a-8p, Saturday/Sunday 10a-6p Job Setting: Clinic Types of Cases: General Primary Care Credentialing Timeframe: 60-90 days Active Oregon state license required Drug Enforcement Administration (DEA) certification required.
