Physician / Family Practice

COMPENSATION AND BENEFITS Family Medicine (FM)
•  Salary: $300Kguarantee
•  Production incentive = 45% of gross charges over $415K
•  Sign on Bonus: $160K day 1
•  Call paid $125.00 Hr.
•  CME - $5K +days
•  Residency Stipend: $30K per year
•  Retention bonus - 5% of annual salary
•  Vacation - 6 weeks annually
•  Holidays - 6 days annually
•  Relocation - $12K
•  Health, Dental, Life, Long-Term Disability, FICA - SS and Medicare
•  403 (b), Retirement plan 5% of salary
•  Malpractice and Tail RESPONSIBILITIES AND FACILITY DETAILS Family Medicine (FM)
•  Clinic 8am-5pm M-F
•  Call rotation 1:5 - IP/ER
•  No OB required but is an option if interested - (C-sections)
•  Skilled Nursing Facility/Swing beds QUALIFICATIONS AND SKILLS Family Medicine (FM)
•  BC or BE within 1 year of employment COMMUNITY Family Medicine (FM)
•  NO STATE TAX - South Dakota
