Position: Locum Tenens - Family Medicine with Pediatric Call

Details:
- Schedule: Monday-Friday, 8 am-5 pm Clinic, full-time coverage
- Duration: Jan 2024, ongoing throughout 2024.
- Call: 1:5 weeks: Admits and rounding during the on-call week. On-call week starts Monday (7 am) and ends the following Monday (7 am).
- Clinic Setup: Attached to the hospital; on-call during the week while working the clinic shift.
- Setting: Outpatient
- Duties: Bread and butter Family Practice, Pediatric Hospitalist call required.
- Call Responsibilities: Coverage in the nursery, admitting Pediatric ER patients, and rounding on patients.
- Patient Load: 12-16 patients per day.
- Patient Demographics: 60% Adults, 40% Pediatrics.
- Staff: 4-5 APPs employed by the clinic; their workdays vary.
Qualifications:
- Certification: Board Certified in Family Medicine or Internal Medicine - REQUIRED or Truly Board Eligible (0-3 years of residency completion).
- License: Active MN license - REQUIRED.
- Certifications: Active NRP, PALS - REQUIRED.
- Background: Clean Malpractice/Background - HIGHLY PREFERRED.
- Availability: Must state availability at the time of name clearance - REQUIRED.
- Work History: Disclose if the provider has worked at any other CHI/Dignity Facility - REQUIRED.
- COVID Vaccination: REQUIRED.
