Family Medicine Residency Program is seeking an energetic Board Certified Family Medicine physician looking for a unique teaching center to deliver great patient care. Hospital is part of an accountable care organization and focusing on population health in our primary care practices. We strive to have strong employee satisfaction and engagement. OB not required. DOT certified or done in the first year. May include Leep, Colpo services. Enjoys working in an education team-based environment. Must work collaboratively with the clinic, Hospital and the community. Engage in the community and be willing to play a part in the community outreach education. Possess a passion for preventative care and screenings, the health of our community and taking care of all patients of varied socio-economic status and a diversity of patients. Opportunity to be core faculty with Family Medicine Residency Program. Population served: Infant, Children, Young Adult, Middle Age, and Elderly. 8 - 5pm, Monday - Friday Rotating clinic call schedule with other Pullman regional family practice sites Clinic located on Hospital Campus Our excellent compensation package includes: 2 year guarantee, range $220,000 - $320,000 depending on training and experience. After guarantee, base salary, plus production incentives. Medical, dental, and vision insurance. Retirement benefits. Short and long term disability. CME Stipend.
