Outpatient primary care clinic (Monday - Friday, 8am to 5pm), no evenings, no weekends. Lower patient panel; average of 12 patient per day. Primarily Adult and Geriatric patient panel. Treat acute and chronic patients within a state-of-the-art facility. Dedicated mid-levels provider and medical staff.
