Location: One hour outside of Saginaw Start date: December 4, 2017Duration: On-going, potential to permanent hireSchedule: M-Th or M-F- 1 FTE needed- either 5 eight-hour days or 4 ten-hour days/week with lunch, 12-1pm (in clinic) Call: Basic call coverage with option to send them to ER Weekday call: None (hospitalist)Weekend call: 1:5Callback: 10%Phone consult: 50%- cell phone provided Patient mix: 70% Adult; 30% Geriatric Patient volume: 17-23/dayGroup: 2 Physicians in practice Support staff: 5 Mid-levels Ancillary staff: MA, RN, TechClinic details: 4 exam rooms; EMR- CPSI/Evident
